Building your modular home with Hunter Valley Modular Homes is a streamlined and collaborative journey.
Pick Your Design
Choose a layout that suits your lifestyle and budget. We’ll help you customise it to fit your needs.
Finalise you design and inclusions
Site surveys are completed and detailed plans are drafted (approx. 2–3 weeks), then submitted for council approval.
Prepare Documents & D.A Lodgement Guidance
We assist in preparing and lodging all necessary Development Application documents, ensuring compliance and smoother council approvals.
Home Built in the Factory
Your home is constructed in our factory (standard build time: ~6 months), then delivered and installed on your block.
Home Delivered to site and Installed
Final connections and on-site work are completed (approx. 4 weeks).
