PROJECT CONSULTATION

Meet with our team to discuss your project needs, site & vision for your build. Your opportunity to learn about our processes and building a Modular home.

PRICE ESTIMATE

We’ll pull together a price estimate based on your unique vision, chosen design and site requirements.

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

Once you’re happy with your estimate, we can proceed with a preliminary agreement and start bringing your dream home to life!

SITE INSPECTION & SURVEY

Initial site inspection is conducted by our site manager followed by a site survey.

DESIGN MEETING

You will meet with our operations & design team to discuss your project & site in further detail, and explore options for your home design & floor plan prior to first draft plans.

PLANS DRAFTED & COUNCIL SUBMISSION

Plans will be drafted based off of your design meeting, following this our experienced town planners will review & prepare all reports required for the council application. Plans and all required documents are submitted to council for approval.

CONTRACTS ARE SIGNED

Once the DA has been approved and all details for your build are confirmed, contracts can be signed.

BUILDING BEGINS

We get started on your dream home!

YOUR HOME IS INSTALLED

When the build and final checks have all been completed it's time to put your home on a truck and install it on your block.

TIME TO MOVE IN

Full installation and connections of services are completed onsite. Once this is complete, you are ready to move into your new home!
