Overview
This exceptional residence showcases bespoke designs and engineering, crafted to integrate with its natural surroundings while elegantly echoing the architecture of the client’s private aircraft hangar. Every element has been meticulously tailored to elevate and
enhance the way the owners live, maximising space, comfort, and effortless flow throughout the home.
Being a custom build, the home was precision-built off-site giving an exclusive advantage that ensured superior craftsmanship while gracefully overcoming the complexities of its remote setting. The result is a truly beautiful living experience, defined by sophistication, functionality, and timeless design.
Challenges
- Tailored Design within Constraints: We created a bespoke design that enhanced views over the airstrip while maximising and honouring the client’s budget and ensuring harmony with the existing structures on the property.
- Precision Modular Construction: The home was crafted using a custom modular building process, constructed off-site to expertly navigate the logistical challenges of the remote location while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
Solutions
- Optimized for Natural Light and Views: An expansive open-plan layout and a broad wall of floor-to-ceiling windows were thoughtfully incorporated to bathe the interior in natural light and showcase uninterrupted views of the rural landscape and airpstipe.
- Personalized Finishing Touches: The homeowner selected and completed several key inclusions themselves. Such as the surround boards, decking, and internal flooring. Adding a level of personalisation and flexibility for what they wanted built.
