Designed for year-round comfort, the home features a north-facing deck, quality insulation, high-performance glazing, open planned living, and thoughtfully positioned windows that
maximise natural light and connection to the surrounding bush and gardens.

From the welcoming entry with integrated storage and timber batten screens to the functional kitchen, dedicated craft space, and private bedroom wings. Balancing beauty with practicality, this home is a peaceful sanctuary designed for everyday living.
Challenges
- Rural Location: Organising solutions and logistics for the transportation and final fit outs of the home.
- Bushfire Compliance: Meeting strict bushfire requirements with a BAL 19 (bushfire attack level) bushfire rating to ensure safety and longevity.
- Unpredictable Weather: Continuous adverse weather conditions leading up to the installation stage of the project resulting in wet terrain.
Solutions
- Rural Location: Planned routes for transportation of home and sourced local suppliers for needs during the final construction to streamline the final build.
- Bushfire Compliance: Built to BAL 19 (bushfire attack level) to ensure ultimate safety, these included fire rated surrounds on external facade while trying to keep the aesthetic of the home.
- Unpredictable Weather: Worked out risk management solutions for weather events so final installation could work out smoothly if any problem arose.
