This completed 4-bedroom home stands proudly on elevated steel piers, purpose-built for a flood-prone site while still offering comfort and style. Strong, smart, and elegant, the Kingston showcases how modular living can adapt to challenging landscapes without compromising quality. Designed as an investment property, it allowed the customer to create a custom build suited to both the location and the project budget. With features that make it suitable for flood-prone and bushfire-prone areas, the home blends resilience with thoughtful design. Its spacious layout and practical flow make it ideal for family living, offering a safe, comfortable, and beautifully functional environment.
Challenges
- Designing for Flood-Prone Land: The site required a home that could safely accommodate potential flooding, calling for steel piers and careful planning to ensure long-term durability and protection.
- Bushfire Compliance: Meeting strict bushfire requirements with BAL 19 (Bushfire Attack Level) rating to ensure safety and durability.
- Custom Design: The design had to work seamlessly with the land’s conditions while still providing practical, comfortable spaces that suited the family’s needs.

- Engineered Elevation: The home was constructed on robust steel piers, lifting the structure safely above potential flood levels and ensuring long-term stability and resilience.
