Overview
This stunning two-storey custom home emerged from a complete knockdown-rebuild, transforming the site into a refined coastal retreat. Designed as a luxury holiday residence, the property also features a beautifully appointed granny flat at the rear, which is ideal for dual occupancy and generating valuable rental income.
Crafted to meet stringent marine-grade requirements, the project was expertly managed from start to finish. Our team oversaw every scope, including roadworks, coastal-specific construction considerations, and the coordination of multiple builds on the same site
simultaneously. The result is resilient, architecturally striking homes perfectly suiting their premium seaside location.

- Strict Marine-Grade Compliance: Ensuring all materials and construction methods met rigorous marine-grade standards for long-term durability.
- Knockdown & Hazard Management: Managing the full knockdown process, including the safe and compliant removal of asbestos discovered on-site.
Solutions
- Marine-Grade Construction: Upgraded with a galvanised steel chassis, Colorbond Ultra roof, fascia, and gutters to fully meet marine-grade standards, ensuring durability and resilience in the coastal environment.
- Precision Crane Installation: Utilised crane-assisted construction for the two-storey build, enabling safe and efficient placement of large structural elements.
- Off-Site Modular Build: Constructed off-site to mitigate delays and streamline logistics, ensuring the project remained on schedule despite the intricacy of the location and knockdown.
