Solutions
- Renovation of the exterior – new cladding (to James Hardie Primeline & Axon) and addition of the carport and driveway
- Bushfire compliance – changes to meet the BAL 29 compliance such as merbau deck and surrounds, gutter guard, upgraded windows, water tank
- Reconfiguration of the front and rear entry ways to suit the positioning on the block in line with the building parcel
- Careful management of the building site to protect the ecological protection requirements
- Addition of the external courtyard deck to suit the natural surrounding landscape
